I want to see how you translate "let"

Let them eat cake! Assume 2PL

Let's have a party! Assume 1D INC

Let me be free!Assume 2SG

Let X=100. Assume 2SG

Who let the dogs out! Assume 3PL

Here are some tentative translations into Akuriga, I'm using a tentative "suggestive mood", which is always 2nd Person.

Etalan yetem ekabeyvre ata lenove
/italan jitim ikabijvri ata linʉvi/
SUGG.PL 3PL eat SG.DEF beast
(beast refers to any large-nonhuman animal, masculine)
lit. You should let them eat the beast or I suggest you to let them eat the beast
Let them eat the beast

Etala yetan ekamepe aku nosete
SUGG.SG 1D.INC start SG.INDEF party
Let us start a party

Etala yetya ekasanal
SUGG.SG 1SG fly
Let me be free

I'm going to totally pseudo the last one
Yetam ekalya ekanyalete akam tolyete ?
2SG remember releaser.PL FEM.PL dogs
Do you remember the releaser of the dogs?

Can you please change the subject heading of this thread to "let"? "Cake" is misleading.

Here are the translations for Ngolu / Iliaqu.

Let them eat cake

Literally:
  • E hie jo kau iju ki vaja
    be.IMP allow ACC.C eat NOM.3p.DEF.ICS ACC.3s.NSPC.INAN.REL be.cake
    Allow them to eat cake. / Allow that they eat cake.
Possibly a better translation of original French:
  • E kau iju ki vaja.
    be.IMP eat NOM.3p.DEF.ICS ACC.3s.NSPC.INAN.REL be.cake
    They should eat cake.
Let's have a party.

Assuming these are two close friends:
  • E iali ua na.
    be.IMP celebrate NOM.2s.ACS NOM.1s.ACS
    Let's party!
Let me be free.

I'm assuming this is said to someone who has power over the speaker so imperative must be replaced with jussive.
  • Kua hie zuales ene.
    be.JUSS allow be.free DAT.1s.ACS
    Let me free.
  • Kua hie jo zuale na.
    be.JUSS allow ACC.C be.free NOM.1s.ACS
    Let me be free.
Who let the dogs out.
  • Hie zuale ixi oko ju mo?
    allow be.free ACC.3p.DEF.INAN.REL be.dog NOM.3s.DEF.ICS.REL be.what
    Who let the dogs out? / Who freed the dogs? / Who released the dogs?

This is a dimension of nominal inflection that I'm not going to explain now, but it only occurs on nominals marking humans.

In the first two sentences (in English, at least) "let" doesn't really mean "allow.IMP".

In the last sentence, "let" is part of the phrasal verb "let out", which is different.

I prefer to not be referred to with masculine pronouns and nouns such as “he/him/his”.

"Co" is an imperative prefix
"Yaco" is a suggestive prefix equivalent to saying something like "May ... if X so desires"

Yaco-esheenf tuswakam.
May they eat sweets. (Not aggressive)

Co-esheenf tuswakam.
Something like saying "I order them to eat sweats"

Yaco-okheek tufistana!
Let's have a party!

Co-ublek ota' tulibra!
Let me be free!

Vlad pechveneesh teekanis?
Who released the dogs?

Vlad pechlek teekanis pechvan?
