Accomplishment of today besides updating my thread has been that of the last few: adding some more Swadesh words to my list. Trying to add something there every day to cover at least a basic vocabulary.

Geez. I am thoroughly honoured!

Vanga only uses <q>, not <k>, but I list everything underlyingly with k in roots. c;

All good inflections otherwise! Little details that might have been hard to pick up from my thread so far as I haven't gone through it all properly yet:
  • The 3P -h is only realised in pausa and I wouldn't use commas, so that makes it qava qava qavah
  • Qavah would mean more like it has been snowing; it snowed here. You'd want to use aqıvah in both places, really.
I'm impressed and blushy!

It's excessively cold here. It can't snow/it's only not snowing because it's too cold.

(Las, nayınlin orn tos oro usasol ries orn ton reirsakil oro, iser oro esatal.)
yes FEM-understand-HAB DET.INAN never INDEF.INAN cold-INAN too.much DET.INAN INAN-snow INDEF.INAN but INDEF.INAN frequent-DIM
(Yes, I know it never gets too cold to snow, but it's less common.)

EDIT: initially used "tonpir" (again) rather than "tos" (never). How embarrassing. :P

結構堪へ忍んだい書ったなあ。「aungsdong」は、人以外、物、活動云々を楽しむ」といふな。「aungtom」は、「比懐ぞし」といふな。
Kekkō tafeshinondai katta nā. "Aungsdong" fa, "fito igai, mono, katdō unnunọ tanoshimu] to ifu na. "Aungtom" fa, "finazoshi" to ifu na.

You really made an effort to write that, didn't you (awkward translations, anyone?). "Aungsdong" means love or like a lot, said of things, activities, etc., but not people.
"aungtom" means to be cute, pretty, etc.
